Our responsibilities include authoring technical guides, conducting research, and participating in meetings related to British, European, and international standards to ensure that the furniture industry's perspectives are represented.
Our work for the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme (FISP)
In addition, FIRA International's technical consultants conduct audits and gap analyses for the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme (FISP). FISP is an independently certified sustainability programme tailored to the needs of the furniture industry supply chain. It promotes best practice to drive social, economic, and environmental change, via continual improvement of members' business operations.
