FIRA Gold Certification

FIRA Gold Certification is the quality mark recognised across the furniture industry, highlighting products and installation services which comply with all relevant legislation and meet the highest of standards.

Any product within the furniture industry can apply for FIRA Gold Certification, whether it be an entire final product, component or installation service. The Certification Mark applies across the furniture supply chain, incorporating the domestic and non-domestic sectors.

FIRA Gold Product Certification is only awarded after rigorous assessment against specified performance tests, backed by an ongoing audit and re-testing programme to ensure Certification standards are continually met.

To achieve Gold Installation Certification, organisations must demonstrate installers are suitably qualified and all necessary procedures, documentation and quality standards are in place. This ensures the same high level of installation - no matter which contractor carried out the work.
