Most industries will use some type of packaging and it can protect often valuable goods from damage during storage and transit.

By the very nature of our products, furniture and related products can be bulky and fragile, often needing a lot of packaging, including plastics. As such the environmental impact of packaging materials is driving the furniture industry to review its packaging strategies in terms of reducing the amount used and taking responsibility for the fate at the end of life. This session will help you consider your current packaging strategy, consider how it relates to regulations, and help you identify new packaging options for cost and sustainability savings
