Independent Inspection and Repair for Consumers

If you're not under warranty to a retailer and are looking for an independent inspection service then our experts can help you. They will inspect your furniture, looking for any faults or advising you on correct aftercare, helping you get the most from your product. The inspection service, which starts from £48, includes a detailed report which can support you when dealing with your retailer or manufacturer.

The Inspection

On the day our service technician will thoroughly inspect your furniture, trying to identify any faults. All technicians carry the same kit and are regularly trained in the latest inspection techniques.

They will talk you through the inspection so you can see first-hand any issues, and if taking your product apart you’ll be able to take supporting photos. You will then receive an inspection report, with no jargon, including details of the inspection and any appropriate findings. This report is yours to keep.

Furniture Assembly Service

Our skilled technicians also offer a full assembly service for all types of 'flat-pack' furniture, including beds, wardrobes, cabinets, tables, home office and garden furniture. All technicians carry expert tools and depending on the product, one or two technicians will visit your home and assemble the furniture in a room of your choice.
