Emma is a Business Development Manager for the Service Technicians team. She joined FIRA International in 1999, having previously trained as a solicitor and working as a Trading Standards Officer for the London Borough of Redbridge, specialising in consumer law.
Emma initially joined the team as Conciliation Service Manager for The Furniture Ombudsman (formerly Qualitas), where she was responsible for service delivery and supporting the membership.
She then progressed through to taking responsibility for the FIRA International’s Commercial Team, managing the membership, customer service and sales functions for the whole business. Emma then turned her expertise to FIRA Service Technicians, as our Business Development Manager. She’s now responsible for key accounts, business development and sales. Emma combines expertise in consumer law with her experience in customer service to provide unparalleled business support to our existing and new clients.
